Once again, I'm sorry I hardly ever update this page, but I'm trying...I actually have a rather large update for you this time. There are four new pictures in my art gallery, all the Kjorteo section. (Three are completely new and at the bottom of said section, while the fourth is an inked version of the chibi stop-sign picture, and is grouped with that.) Check them out, and rejoice over this page having been updated. :b

Apologies for the lack of updates; I seem to have a hard time getting around to creating anything new to put on this page. Though I don't have any new content for now, I did I decide to test this page using a few different browsers, and fix some bugs and improperly rendered things that appeared. Now I can say this page has been tested in MSIE 6.0, Mozilla 1.2a, and Opera 6.05. I hope this makes it more accessable to everyone.

Apologies for the lack of updates lately...life has been totally insane, what with work-related projects, studying for finals for summer classes, and things like that all hitting at once. But you're not here to hear my excuses, you're here to find out what I actually did for this site, right? Well, I added a picture to my general gallery (in the Kjorteo section,) and added a message to the writings sections about what to do with the documents that have no word wrapping, since everyone hates having to scroll horizontally to read anything.

I actually added a new program to the Arcade! It's my new and improved attempt at an STK toolbox for ZZT...it's in the ZZT Utilities section, called the KjKit!. Check it out.

The index to the spicy page is up, and all links to it have been modified accordingly. (By that I mean, they point to the newly made index, instead of the construction page.) I'm making it a policy to not talk about the spicy page on the mild page, but I'm just making this one update that can also be seen on the mild page, just so those of you who want to see the spicy page actually know that you can now. Anyway, further updates will only be seen there, and I'm splitting up the news archives for that, just so as you know.

I added everything left to add in the mild page. (With the exception of the links section, which I just totally took out, deciding to save it for the spicy page.) In other words, all sections are up, and the mild page is totally finished. I also redid a lot of things, including but not limited to changing the e-mail link to a page full of contact info, tweaking the HTML and doing bug-fixes in the pages that were up already, and took out the buttons for the links to the site's other sections. I did that last part because plain text is smaller, and thus looks more organized, and if you're using the frames version of this site, the top frame isn't as big and doesn't eat as much of the window.

The guest art gallery is up. Also, my own art gallery and the Arcade have been tweaked; the links that scroll to different spots within the page were redone a little to try to be more convenient.

I got My Art Gallery finished. Not only did I repair and bring back everything that was on the old page, but I also added a lot of brand new pictures to it! I've been drawing a lot, you see, I just didn't want to update anything until I got my new page. And now that I have it, I can share everything I did over that period.

Well, here we are on the new page! I've decided to rebuild Kjorteo's Domain with a template approach. Thus, the links for everything are here, from the various options of the choose your flavor screen to the sub-sections once you get to the real pages, but they all lead to the under construction page for now. The links will be replaced with the appropriate pages once the appropriate pages have been built. Since the new page is almost skeletal for the time being, you may want to check back with my old one ( http://www22.brinkster.com/kjorteo ) to see all the actual content before it's moved here. Also, you may have noticed that this update is in Times New Roman, while the May 13th one is in Courier New. I've decided to make this change because, as big a Courier New fan as I am, Times New Roman is just a little bit prettier and easier on the eyes for news updates. The previous updates will be left untouched, just to contrast the look when I started doing this to the look that was there before. (This is exactly what I did before and after changing the color of the date on these things.)

FINALLY. After all the wait and suffering, Kjorteo's Domain has found a new home! Make your way over to http://oddball.pizzatech.net/Kjorteo. I also bought myself a domain name! It has a 72-hour delay before it actually takes effect, but soon you'll be able to find me at http://www.kjorteo.net as well. The new page doesn't have a lot on it so far...I plan to phase my way into my new home by first making templates for everything, complete with all the links to sub-sections of the page, but until those pages actually exist the links will point to a generic "under construction" page. Stay tuned to watch Kjorteo's new domain grow!

Meh. Why must getting a page be so difficult? Let's sum up my experiences thus far...I submitted a form to FurNation to get a page a YEAR ago (literally!) and still have yet to hear from them (and no, of course I don't expect that I'm ever going to at that rate, it's been a year. Geez.) FurCen has had problem after problem, and has now stopped writing back. (Not that I hold anything against them, nor do I intend to create any sort of grudge between me and the powers that be at FurCen, it's just that I'm starting to get desperate here.) The VCL doesn't allow fanstuffs (no chocobos and the like.) Yes, I know you see them everywhere anyway, but I really don't like to fly in the face of the terms of service, even if it's a known fact that they're never enforced. Besides, I want a full-fledged webpage anyway, to put writings, discourses, and all my other content, not just a spot to dump artwork. Let's see, what else....well, every single top-name page provider (GeoCities, Tripod, etc.) has a no adult content policy (remember, I don't like breaking the rules even if they're not enforced)....so I really don't know what to do anymore. If only FurCen would write back again, that's not only the perfect provider but basically my last hope. Aside from that...I don't know anymore. *Sigh*

Status update, since it's been a while. Bad news with FurCen...apparently they're not making new accounts right now because they're a little preoccupied with some issues with their server. I won't get into too much detail in case what I was told was supposed to be confidential (it probably wasn't, but ya never know, and I'm paranoid), but I'll just add that I hope things can get worked out. Not just so they can get back to making my page, but because it's really sad to see misfortune befall otherwise great services. I'd have gone with FurNation were it not for the fact that they're down so often, but I'm willing to be patient with FurCen for some reason. Maybe because I'm desperate by this point, but they really do seem like they'd be cool once I get past the waiting to get an account. ^n.n^;; I really can't wait, though, I have so much stuff I want to do...more issues that I want to discuss in the discourses, new art to share with you guys, probably a new site layout too...but I really don't want to do that until I'm on my new page. So until then I'll just be sitting here. ^-.-^;;

Yeah, I know, I haven't touched this page in months. Well, you see, I've been trying to get a new one. Brinkster's online file manager is really starting to bug me, so I've been looking around. I wanted to wait until I made another page, and then post here that I had moved there, and keep working on my page in its new home. So why did that lead to a two month disappearance? Because I didn't find anything, until I found this one provider by the name of FurCen, which seemed PERFECT, but the NEVER EVER EVER WROTE BACK. Grr. So I basically just kept waiting for them to do that, until finally just now I decided it was taking too long so I had better go back and stop ignoring THIS page. I'll keep trying with FurCen, though, I want that FurCen account. And I WILL get it. Just you wait and see. :-b So what does this mean? Well, I'm not going to do any actual updates to this page anymore, except talk about my progress in trying to get the FurCen account. Like I said, Brinkster's file manager is bugging me, it sucks the joy out of messing with a webpage, so I'm not going to do it anymore. :-b Anyway, the actual page will remain unchanged until I get that ever-elusive FurCen account, but every now and then I'll put status updates in the news, like this one, if it's taking too long. ^n.n^;; When I FINALLY get that account, I'll give you the adress for it here so you know where to go. ^-.o^

You were wondering if it would ever happen, and now it finally did. I added another discourse! Now I have more than one! ^-.o^ It's actually not that serious an issue, just my thoughts on that furry/plushy episode of MTV's "Sex2k" they're airing now. Even still, though, it's always nice to have more than one discourse in that section. I also revised the Sept. 11 one by changing the font and adding fancier buttons for feedback and site navigation on the bottom of it, and played with the font and such of the main discourses page while I was at it.

Happy belated new year, everyone! ^n.n^ I gave this page a MASSIVE update. Check out the general gallery, I re-sorted all the pictures there...I think the list makes a little more sense now. And I added a bunch of pictures! (There's one in the Miscellaneous section, and everything in the Serpent Form section is new.) While I was at it, I added a link to Wertle's Page-O-Stuff in the links section. To top it all off, I reorganized the news archive, so it's sorted by year now. ^n.n^
