And so, here we are, in the quest to rebuild my page. A tremendous deal of content gone thanks to the Cease and Desist order, I am now trying to get more content. Fortunately, Jawzie drew an extremely cute picture of me, which I put it in the guest general gallery. Hopefully this is but a start and I can at least get back as much content as I used to have eventually.

Even though no one has visited this page in well over a year, I still somehow managed to get Slither a Cease and Desist order from Nintendo of America. I tried removing some of the most blatant fanart, but that wasn't good enough, so I have decided to pull absolutely everything with even a remote connection to a copyright. All fanart and fanfiction, both mine and from any of the guest galleries, has all been removed. Before working out my husky avatar, I used to have an avatar based on a copyrighted character, so all pictoral references to him have been removed. (Yes, this pretty much means I just axed every drawing on this site I did before 2001.) Old writings that mention me have undergone a search/replace command to change my name to "Kjorteo." If it caught something it shouldn't have and made the text look screwy as a result, my apologies. Arcade games that mention me aren't as easy to alter and have thus been removed. I would say my site has now officially been gutted. I do hope you're happy.

I stopped doing the Tail End a long time ago, but the update in which I said that was only on the Spicy section, since the only other news recently involved that. Sorry to confuse anyone who doesn't go there. I've been regularly updating things that get regularly updated (mostly some more Spicy stuff) so it's not like I abandoned the page again. I've been here, I just haven't done anything that gets a news update. Until now! I entered a ZZT competition, and put the game I submitted on this site, in the Arcade. You guys still remembered I have an Arcade, right? I know, it hasn't been dusted off in ages. But there's a new game now!

Oh my God! An update! It's been eight months and three days since I made an update. That's...long. I'm sorry for that. I mostly blame my job. Weaving is a seasonal thing where I get orders out the tail during the summer and almost nothing at all in the winter. On one end, I am much, much too busy weaving to even update my LiveJournal, let alone touch this page. On the other, last slow season was so brutal that I spent much of the time begging for money and stressing over bills until I was ill. I...wasn't really in the mood to touch this page. So yes, it took me this long to actually touch this page. But I did it! Yay! OK, there's too many little things here and there--I drew stuff every now and then this whole time, I just never got around to scanning anything or putting it here--so I'm not going to bother with an exact itemized update. Suffice it to say that ALL of my galleries and the mild guest gallery have all been updated with new stuff. I also started writing the Tail End column again. I now write it once a week on Fridays, and archive them here the instant I'm finished with them. (Last time I wrote them twice a week but had an agreement with Mr. Casey not to put them on this site until they were off the front page of his.) So look for those to keep current, as I am not going to write a news update every week saying "I wrote a new Tail End. I wrote a new Tail End. Oh, there's a new Tail End." That's basically going to go without mentioning.
